CANCELLED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

​

Your appointments are very important to the Opal Salon members. They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24/48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you may be charged a 50% or 100% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled.

 

•Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure appointments instead. If unpaid appointment will not be held/booked. If this is a recurring issue your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

 

If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.

Refunds

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service, please notify the stylist or Opal Salon management within 72 hours after your visit.

Opal Salon understand running behind schedule occurs. Please call your stylist in advanced. Due to scheduling and sanitization in between each client, Opal Salon can no longer provide any service past a fifteen minute grace period.

Guests

We ask that you do not bring any additional guest to your appointment. No additional guest will be allowed to stay in the salon unless the scheduled client is a minor, disabled or elderly. Please contact your stylist with any questions or concerns.
